This refund policy explains how one-time purchases for True Pattern digital reports are handled. True Pattern is operated by Moji Technologies Ltd.
Digital products
True Pattern sells digital report products as one-time purchases.
Access is granted immediately after successful payment, so you should review the product description carefully before purchase.
Where applicable law allows it, your cancellation right for digital content may be lost once immediate access begins with your consent and acknowledgement.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, received duplicate billing, or could not access the purchased product after payment, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
Requests based only on disagreement with a reflective result, disappointment with the outcome, or an attempt to use the report as a diagnosis will not usually justify a discretionary refund after access has been provided.
Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights are not limited by this policy.

Payment handling
Paddle acts as merchant of record for payment processing, invoicing, and applicable indirect-tax handling.
Chargebacks, billing disputes, and payment corrections may require coordination with Paddle and the original transaction record.
