Service scope
True Pattern provides self‑reflection experiences and digital reports. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment.
Premium content may include reflective summaries, pattern interpretation, journaling prompts, structured action steps, lifestyle support suggestions, educational resources, and companion-assessment recommendations. These are informational and reflective in nature, not personalised professional advice.
You remain responsible for how you interpret or act on the content.
No report, recommendation, or pattern description is guaranteed to be complete, accurate for every person, or suitable for high-stakes personal, medical, employment, educational, legal, or safeguarding decisions.
Payments and access
Premium reports and action plans are sold as one-time purchases through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for payment processing, invoicing, and applicable indirect-tax handling.
Payment is required before accessing premium report content.
Each purchase unlocks the selected digital product for one assessment only.
Reports are delivered immediately after successful payment via the website.
Purchased access is licensed for the purchaser's personal use. You must not resell, publicly redistribute, or republish premium report content except where the law requires otherwise.
Refund requests and payment issues should be raised through support and are subject to the published Refund Policy. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.

Acceptable use
Do not use the service in ways that are unlawful, abusive, or intended to disrupt platform operation.
Do not represent True Pattern outputs as clinical conclusions, formal diagnoses, or professional treatment recommendations.
Do not try to bypass payment or access controls, automate extraction of report content, scrape the service at scale, impersonate another purchaser, or use the product in a way that could mislead or harm other people.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the service is being abused, used fraudulently, or used in ways that create legal or safety risk.
